Suitable for 0 - 4 yrs Sing Mama! is a relaxed, welcoming singing group for women of all ages and their little ones. No auditions, no song sheets—just easy, uplifting songs learned by ear. Before you know it, we’ll be harmonizing and singing together in a way that feels effortless and joyful. Singing isn’t just fun—it’s powerful. It’s been scientifically proven to boost mental wellbeing and support postnatal recovery. But most of all, it feels good. A moment to breathe, connect, and let your voice rise in a space where every sound is welcome. Come as you are, and let’s sing together. This class isn’t about nursery rhymes; it’s about you too! We’ll dance to an uplifting, feel-good playlist that gets everyone smiling, moving, and laughing. It’s not about perfect steps; it’s about finding joy in movement, however that looks for you. If you need to modify, take breaks, or just sway while cuddling your little one—that’s all part of it. Your body, your pace, your moment. Most importantly, Groove Baby is about community. A space where you can let go, enjoy yourself, and connect with others—because movement feels even better when we do it together.

Cancellation Policy
Terms of Service Payment Method We always require payment in advance of your first class. Attendance is strictly limited to people who have booked and completed the Medical Questionnaire. Amending Class Times We will always endeavour to provide you with a minimum of 7 days’ notice if a class time needs to be altered. Where the start time is altered by less than 30 minutes no refunds will be offered. Refunds and Cancellations If we cancel a class then we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund (other than in the case of a ‘force majeure’/Circumstances beyond our Control). We are under no obligation to refund you if you are unable to attend all or part of the course, nor are we obligated to provide an alternative class for missed lessons. Observers We do not generally allow observers in classes, including family members, partners or friends. We may have internal observers who are in the class for training purposes, including teachers, midwives or trainee midwives.
